Week 1 Update on #the100dayproject

Hey y’all, as promised I’m back for an update on The 100 Day Project. I’ve been making themed collages every day for the past week and it’s been a really cool experience. Most of these themes have come from my friends and a few of them have been quite the challenge.

Day 1: Flowers

This was one I decided to do for my first challenge. I love flowers and thought it would be a fun and easy way to start.

Day 2: Blue

Another fun one to put together. I originally thought it would just be blocks of different shades of blue, then I found some cool things in my magazines to add.

Day 3: Culture

This is my current fave. I went through a lot of Essence magazines to put this one together.

Day 4: Disney

One of my friends wanted to challenge me so she threw this topic my way. I was struggling with finding pictures for this one. I ended up finding most of these in an Amazon Christmas catalog.

Day 5: Mountains

This was a fun one to experiment with. I really liked the idea of having the mountains overlap.

Day 6: Love

I went a little simpler with this one, using some colors I associate with love to make a heart.

Day 7: Water

This came out a lot better than I was expecting. It’s a fun juxtaposition of something we can’t live without.

Which one is your favorite?
